Showcase what you’ve done for Heart Health Month

Have you held some successful events to educate your clients on canine heart disease? Would you like to share them with others? From posting heart health content on your clinic webpage to having an instructional discussion with a few clients or a larger group seminar, your events will be of interest to others in the field. Everyone can learn from others’ successes and benefit.

It’s easy to submit a description of your event and even upload a photo if you’d like. Click on the button below or send your story and photo(s) to hearthealthmonth@circahealthcare .com, with “Heart Health Activity Story” in the subject line.

We will post them on this website. Please supply the information requested below.

You could win an iPad® and a $1,000 donation towards your clinic’s next educational event

We know you want to make sure your patients at risk of—and currently suffering from—heart disease do as well as possible, and that’s reward in and of itself. And we know you understand how important client engagement is in achieving the best outcomes for your patients and how education plays a central role in getting clients engaged.

Nonetheless, to help encourage your efforts during Heart Health Month, we’d like to recognize the efforts you and your staff are making to reach out to your clients and ensure that dogs at risk of heart disease are getting the regular monitoring they need. We’d like to reward the clinic that sets up the most educational events to build awareness of canine heart disease.

How Can I Win

Tell us about each of your educational events by submitting your stories on this website. One clinic will be chosen as the most outstanding in terms of the creativity and extent of its efforts to engage and educate clients on canine heart disease. An iPad will be awarded to the person who submits the winning clinic’s Heart Health Month awareness story or stories. In addition, Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. will donate $1,000 to the clinic to help support its next educational open house or event. The program runs from March through October, with the winning clinic being announced in November on this website.
